Biography:	Ryan B. Ponton is an associate in Pugh, Jones, Johnson & Quandt, P.C.'s real estate practice. He has experience in commercial real estate law, including development transactions, telecommunications leasing and the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements. Mr. Ponton's clients have included multi-family and retail buildings, affordable housing units, shopping centers, industrial buildings, warehouse facilities and telecommunications companies.
Experience:	• Representation of clients in a variety of real estate matters related to telecommunications leasing such as acquisitions and the negotiation and preparation of leases, master leases, asset purchase agreements, purchase contracts and related agreements. • Representation of clients in commercial lease agreements, easement and condominium development documentation and a variety of real estate matters related to leasing.
