Biography: |
Tiffany Ferguson is a partner in Pugh, Jones, Johnson & Quandt, P.C.’s Litigation Practice Group. Her trial experience includes high-profile civil jury cases in both state and federal court, and criminal defense trial counsel in both courts. Her practice includes complex employment, commercial and products liability litigation and white collar criminal defense.
Ms. Ferguson represents management in a wide variety of labor and employment matters. In addition to litigation through summary judgment and on appeal, she has conducted investigations, evaluated workplace anti-discrimination and harassment policies, and provided counsel regarding the interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
Ms. Ferguson is the firm's volunteer liaison for Legacy Charter School, has volunteered in the City of Chicago's Principal for a Day Partnership Program and serves as a mentor for the Black Women Lawyers' Association of Greater Chicago. In 2000, the University of Iowa College of Law recognized Ms. Ferguson for her commitment to diversity initiatives. Ms. Ferguson is the founder of the University of Iowa College of Law's African-American Alumni Association, and the 2003 recipient of the BLSA University of Iowa Chapter, Alfredo Parrish Outstanding Alumni Award. Ms. Ferguson is also a Hearing Board Commissioner for the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.

• Member of trial team that delivered complete defense verdict for the City of Chicago and five detectives in a high-profile jury trial of claims brought by prominent former death row inmate, Anthony Porter. Plaintiff sought $24 million.
