Biography: |
Mary Periolat is a Partner in Pugh, Jones, Johnson & Quandt, P.C.’s Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Periolat has been involved in a wide variety of civil litigation, concentrating in the preparation and trial of cases in the areas of products liability, medical negligence, and other personal injury litigation. She has served as regional and local counsel for several major pharmaceutical manufacturers and continues as counsel for a major private medical school in a variety of complex litigation matters and risk management.

• Representation of a large academic medical practice group and private university medical school in their complex medical negligence claims, including a claim in which plaintiff alleged that an infant had been born severely brain damaged because the anesthesiologist failed to timely respond to his pages.
• Representation of the nation’s leading provider of diagnostic testing in a variety of professional negligence claims.
• Representation of major international pharmaceutical companies in defending various products liability claims.
• Representation of individual physicians in a variety of medical malpractice claims.
