Biography:
John Broderick is a partner in Pugh, Jones, Johnson & Quandt, P.C.’s Litigation Practice Group. He has experience in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts, including employment discrimination defense, class actions, medical malpractice, products liability, and civil rights litigation. Mr. Broderick has also presented several oral arguments before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Experience:
• Representation of several area municipalities and their employees in defense against civil rights lawsuits.
• Representation of Fortune 500 companies in defense of employment discrimination lawsuits.
• Representation of a large local medical institution in several medical malpractice lawsuits.

Mr. Broderick was a member of the Law Clinic while at the University of Illinois College of Law and drafted policies for a local municipality regarding real estate transactions involving government-owned parcels of land. Mr. Broderick was an editor for The Elder Law Journal and was honored with the Rickert Award for Excellence in Legal Publications.
