Biography: |
Thomas J. Koch is a Partner in Pugh, Jones, Johnson & Quandt, P.C.’s Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Koch has tried cases involving medical malpractice, products liability, and personal injury litigation in various state and federal courts.

Experience: |
• Represented major pharmaceutical manufacturers in litigation involving pharmaceutical products.
• Served as national and Caribbean coordinating counsel for a major car rental company.
• Represented a blood and plasma collection center in multidistrict litigation brought by hemophiliacs suffering from hepatitis C.
• Represented doctors, hospitals and nurses in medical malpractice actions in Chicago and Northern Illinois state and federal jurisdictions, and physicians in disciplinary matters before the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Registration.
• Represented automotive, railroad and truck parts manufacturers in products liability actions in state and federal courts.
