Eric Quandt is a Director of the Firm, and Partner in Pugh, Jones, Johnson & Quandt, P.C.’s Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Quandt has tried cases involving products liability, pharmaceuticals, medical malpractice, medical device, asbestos, and personal injury litigation in various state and federal courts throughout the country.
Mr. Quandt has been named a 2010 Illinois Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers and Law & Politics magazines.

• Counsel for a major private medical school in a wide variety of complex medical malpractice actions involving the various specialties of its faculty members.
• Successfully defended asbestos claims against major manufacturer.

• Served as national coordinating counsel in actions involving intrauterine contraceptives.
• Represented a foreign automobile manufacturer in complex multi-district litigation pending in the United States.
