Illinois Supreme Court Denies Certiorari in Anthony Porter Matter

The Anthony Porter case has now been successfully concluded.  The Illinois Supreme Court denied certiorari of Porter's appeal from a zero verdict achieved by PJJQ trial lawyers.  Porter served 16 years for murder on Illinois' death-row.  Through the efforts of students at Northwestern University, Porter was granted a pardon of innocence by Illinois Governor
